How it works

The path, before you walk it.

Three steps. The shape of every plan we write. We built it around the conversation a fifteen-minute visit could never have, so it asks more of us, and gives more back to you.

After the path

Two weeks after my review I was sleeping through the night and the afternoon crash was gone. The protocol made sense in a way the four supplement stacks before it didn't.

The path

Three steps. One arc.

Walk through what each step does, what you walk away with, and the question it answers that fifteen minutes can't.

01

Step 01 · 30-min phone call · no card on file

A phone call before a payment.

Every plan starts the same way: a thirty-minute call with a member of our practice. No card on file, no sales script, no pressure to book on the same day. Most people don't.

The job of those thirty minutes isn't to diagnose anything. It's to figure out the shape of what's happening, what you've already tried, and whether the kind of work we do is the kind of work you're after.

You've explained the symptoms five times to people with fifteen minutes. The advice has stopped working, or it never quite fit. You're not sure what to ask for, only that you're tired of guessing.

Versus the 15-minute visit

The conventional intake doesn't have time for this conversation. We made the room.

After the call · the path opens

Three ways forward, depending on what you need.

Most people who book a free consult choose one of these three. The next two steps walk through the most-chosen path: testing first, then coaching to apply it.

02

Step 02 · 60-sec swab · 14-day analysis

A diagnostic that doesn't change.

A painless buccal swab, then a two-week wait while a CLIA-certified lab runs the panel. Not a curiosity test, not a wellness profile. A clinical reference your practitioner reads for you.

The reason we anchor on genes: your blood work changes by the week, your labs change by the season, but your variants don't move. Once we have them on the page, every protocol we write afterwards has somewhere honest to start.

Generic advice fails for reasons no one can explain. Your friend's protocol stopped working for you. You've stopped trusting recommendations that don't account for who you are.

Versus a routine lab panel

Conventional labs measure today's storm. This panel reads the weather you were born under.

From swab to sense

What actually happens to your sample.

The swab leaves your mouth and lands on a CLIA-certified bench in less than a week. Two weeks later it's a written reference your practitioner reads with you, gene by gene.

Your variant

Heterozygous · BsmI polymorphism

What it says

Lower receptor sensitivity. You need a higher serum 25(OH)D to feel the same downstream effect.

03

Step 03 · 90-min review · weekly coaching cadence

Where the report becomes a routine.

Ninety minutes with a board-certified Nurse Practitioner, walking through every variant that matters for you. You leave that meeting with a written four-to-six page protocol, brand and dose specific, that you can run from on Monday morning.

The coaching is what keeps it running. Three, six, or twelve months of weekly sessions, with direct messaging in between, and a written recap on Friday so the week never gets away from the plan. The cadence is the product.

Most plans die in the gap between the appointment and the practice. The week eats them. You know the theory. What you don't have is a person who notices when the wheels come off.

Versus a follow-up appointment

A primary-care doctor cannot follow you for a year. The system isn't built for it. We are.

A line traced through your day

One variant becomes one written recommendation, becomes one item on your protocol, becomes one Tuesday-morning check-in. Here's how that line looks for someone with a common methylation variant.

Your variant · what we wrote

MTHFR
C677T · heterozygous

You convert folic acid to its active form at roughly 65% of typical capacity. Not a problem on its own, a constraint we plan around.
