  2. Step 02 · Day 1

    Book your swab.

    When you purchase your Blueprint tier, you book your 30-minute buccal swab at our office at the same time. One step, both done.

  3. Step 03 · Weeks 1 to 6

    We process your sample.

    Genetic results take about 4 to 6 weeks. Any bloodwork is ordered through Labcorp and a copy is sent so you can bring it to your review.

  4. Step 04 · Week 6 or 7

    60-min APN review.

    Once results are back, we schedule your 60-minute review with Mindy Hickey, APN, to cover your genetics, labs, and protocol.

  5. Step 05 · Months 1 to 6 from review

    Apply with coaching.

    Your 30-minute coaching sessions begin and run across the following 6 months. Two with Essential, four with Expanded, five with Ultimate.
